the main problem is to determine what mobo suits the best to the procie... i have 3 options for it:
ASUS CROSSHAIR V Formula-Z

ASUS Sabertooth 990FX

MSI 990FXA-GD80

which of these mobos  fit the best to the procie by price to performance.... your comment is very helpful

Okay first if you are going to go with a single video card then get the Gigabyte 970 motherboard. Best 970 board made with excellent overclocking capabilities, if you plan to overclock. easily matches the performance of much more expensive 990 boards and only loses the ability to do crossfire.

For video I would look at a 280X Dual X, solid card with great performance. The 280X is the king of 1080 gaming with most games at very high detail and smooth game play. If you need to save some money the 270X is a great card that delivers an outstanding gaming experience up to 1080 but has no real legs once you go past 1080. The 280X can go to 1440 and still be outstanding but that range begins to push toward the 290 then.

For the CPU I would look to save some money. Depending on the games you want to play you could go quad core and be fine. My wife does a lot of gaming on an APU with a good video card and she has no game that she is happy with every game she plays from Borderlands 2 to Civ V. If you go this route then swamp to an FM2+ board to give a more open upgrade path and get the 750X chip, will save you a ton of money. If you want to stay with AM3+ then I would still consider dropping to a 6300 and save some cash for other parts.
