Sleekbook or ultrabook?

I kinda wanan buy a nice cheap portable book that I can carry with me, the specs do not have to be crazy high. I was looking at these two units since they are around $300-400.

As  a media back up and hook up leapmotion on it to emulate touchscreen

the first 3 vs the last one is like comparing apples to oranges(ultrabook vs all in one???). Get the first one, it's on sale.
