Q8200 cant overclock more then 2.6 GHz

Hellu!

I have a Core 2 Quad Q8200 wich I overclock quite often.

When I overclock it more then 2.6 GHz in BIOS it says its more then 2.6 wich is good but when I test it's speed in windows it says it's 2.4 GHz, WHYYY!!!!

My specs:

Motherboard: Asus P5N-D

CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8200

RAM:2 GB Kingston 677 MHz DDR2 (x2) = 4GB

 

My settings when i overclock to 2.6 GHz:

Bus Speed: 383 MHz

FSB : 1533 MHz

Multiplier : x7.0

Voltages:

Core : 1.264 V

RAM: i cant get it

make sure your idle setting like C1 isn't on because it will down clock you when your computer isnt doing anything.
