Budget Folding Build

I'm looking to order parts in about a month or so, and I realize that prices will change a bit until that point. However, I still am trying to get an idea of the price point that I will be spending to get a decent folding build.

Right now, I'm looking at the following components to fold with. I have no idea how these components will measure up with PPD, but I'm looking at running them 24/7, so power consumption is something I'd like to keep relatively low if that is at all possible. Also, I plan on installing Ubuntu on this machine so I do not have to pay for an OS just to fold and I already have a hard drive that I can use as well.
