JJHx2005 Posted February 6, 2004 Posted February 6, 2004 I finally got my computer up and running to find out that I'm not getting any sound. I know that the speakers work so I figure it's the sound card. It shows up fine in the device manager but I don't know what to do. Abit NF7-S v2.0 - I'm using the onboard sound. Eva_Unit_0 Posted February 6, 2004 Posted February 6, 2004 Are your speakers amplified? The onboard sound may not be able to drive passive speakers. Also, go to the "sounds and audio devices" menu from the control panel and make sure it is set as the default audio device. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
