mdk5712 Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Hello I am new to posting on this site, but have used it quite often in searching for the best information regarding building my system. I have just completed my system... for now and was wondering about average it is and whether or not i should push it further. I have a amd phenom ii 1090t @ 3.9 ghz runs stable with prime 95 for 30 min @ 52c, EVGA gtx 570 @ 765 mhz core 1530 mhz shader and 1900 mhz memory clocks. The gpu is really where I am curious what you think I could push it to. I am hoping to get to at leat 800 mhz core and 2000 memory, but idk if I should or not. I also have 4 gb gskill ripjaw ram, a 650 w cm psu, and an MSI 870a-g54 mobo in a CM gladiator 600. This system runs my games on a 24 inch 1080p monitor. So far I have seen it run COD:BO with all eye candy maxed at constant 60fps, which I feel is pretty impressive. But I would like to push it more if I could and I really want to know if I should push the gpu at all.
IVIYTH0S Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 (edited) Welcome to OCC! You should push your GPU as far as it will let you IMHO! You have a nice system Edited July 29, 2011 by IVIYTH0S
