Templai Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Simple and straightforward question here guys, Which one would perform better with a 2600K, A70 or V6GT? I'm planning to overclock my CPU to about 4.5Ghz or so. In matter of looks, both are pretty damn good looking coolers, V6GT has a nice LED and Corsair's A70 an awesome, beautiful metal plate at the top and it's all black, love it! Thanks, Templai. Templai Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 the v6 gt isnt worth it, your better off with a regular v6 and add the optional fan, then you more or less have a v6 gt Thanks bro but I've gotten the A70, it has better reviews and it performs almost the same as the V6GT if not the same thought it does it MUCH MUCH quieter, not to mention that the A70 is way more easier to mount than the V6.. some even mentioned the V6 being a pain in the 'bum' to mount.. so if you take all that into consideration, the A70 clearly wins the big fight here.
