I think the home fan is helping but when i tried adding a back case fan the temperature went up 2oC , the back case fan seems to be blocking the back air flow instead of sucking hot air out . Check by holding a thin strip of paper near the fan whether it is sucking or blowing. If it is going the wrong way take the fan off and put it back on the other way around and it should work.
