dario_92 Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Hi there, My i5-760was sitting at 3.20ghz for a little over 2 months now and i decided its time i see what i can get out of this, so i try 3.3ghz, 3.4ghz and they run stable with prime 95 for 1hour on prime95 and do not go past 55c, but when i try and get 3.5ghz it doesnt boot Anybody know what the problem could be Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Boinker Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Try Taking the memory down a notch or Raising the processor voltage a little. That or what do you have your Uncore set too and what is your QPI link set too? If they are not at the lowest setting then put them to the lowest setting and try again.
