alexdyer92 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 (edited) I'm new to the whole overclocking thing, but at the same time pretty knowledgeable about the whole process. But I have a few problems I'm running into after just recently turning up the fsb speed from 1066 to 1500 in my bios. After doing this I opened Cpu-z to evaluate my performance, and I noticed that it is showing use of only one core of my cpu. And also my memory is not showing dual channel use when I look over at the memory tab. It only shows single channel. I undid everything I did and it is still showing the same thing. So I realized that it has always been this way. I uploaded Screen Shots, so hopefully one of you guys can tell me what to do to get this fixed, because it shows in the performance. edwardquilo Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 I've been using a E6300 Conroe processor too, and was able to squeeze 3.1ghz out of it. Although I would like to take it to 3.4ghz if I could.
