What settings should I set my video card too?

Hi, I wanted to know what settings I should set my video card for the best possible performance on my ATI Overdrive Control Center based on my specs. My specs are:

 

Windows 7

Asus P7P55D Deluxe Mother Board

Intel i3 530 2.93 Ghz. It's O.C at 4.41 Ghz currently.

ATI Radeon HD 4850

4GB Memory.

 

Right now I have High Peformance GPU clock settings at 625Mhz, High Performance Memory clock settings at 1005Mhz. The GPU max setting is 700Mhz and the memory at 1200Mhz.

use msi afterburner and overclock until games start failing, then clock back until they dont
