wevsspot Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 IRC was the bomb in the day because there were few alternatives with the advanced feature set and reliability of IRC. These days other forms of chat and voip have kind of made it pointless to pay for IRC. I mean we have Vent, Steam, xFire etc. that can facilitate chatting activities just as well as IRC.
