I told you in the other forum to wait a day to give second coat. Just cause it says 10 minutes does not mean it will dry but full curing takes longer. I would not sand it at all after each coat. You are using matt and it is the inside of the case. Sand the original paint with 2000 grit lightly. Give it a thin coat and do not worry about missing any spots cause your othet coats will catch them. You should have no runs if you spray very lightly and evenly.
