Mist Posted January 19, 2004 Posted January 19, 2004 Well I have given up on my mobo. It is a nice mobo and all but it makes no sense. I had overclocked too high just a few mins ago so I pulled the battery and let it sit. I restart and go back to try a different oc and lo and behold Ihave a new feature. I could now set my chipset anywhere fro 1.7 to 1.9 where as before the option didn't exist. Well I ran my tests and went to turn my oc off and the option was gone so am I missing something? Mobo is a Leadtek K7nCr18D-Pro with the latests bios if you need to know
ShadowPaktu Posted January 19, 2004 Posted January 19, 2004 its probaly one of those freack accidents that happens, i read that a guy in hear had a power surge that turned all the lights of in his house but not his comp, and when he went in to his bios every option was there to oc it, where previously there wasn't one, he simulated the incident by turning on anf off the power to his comp very very fast to get the options back. in your case, i would probally do the same as you did last time, or get a new mobo
