after overclock attempt 1 core fails in prime95 2 min in

i have over clocked my 955 be to 3.8 gigs it is stable in occt short 20 min and in mw2 gaming i have just bought a thors hammer cpu cooler and equipped it with 2 120mm fans. when i run prime 95 blend test i have 1 core fail in about 2 to 3 minutes but only one core fails. what could be the problem?

 

My bios reads like this

pcie frequency-100

dram frequency- 1600 mhz

cpu volt-1.50

cpu/nb volt-1.4125

cpu vdda-2.60

nb 1.8v volt- auto

sb volt -auto

 

what doe sit look like i need to adjust to help stabalize in prime 95 and keep one core from crashing in beginning.

 

p.s. its not always the same core crashing its a complete random one crashes

Take all volts off auto.

 

If it's not stable, higher the voltage. If it can't go any higher, lower the CPU speed.
