Memory Problem and Overclock Results

I have had problems getting my memory to run at it's rated 1600 MHz. I have a thread here with the steps I have taken so far. Any ideas that weren't presented there? Also I have overclocked my rig to it's potential I think...I am a newbie to overclocking. Here are the numbers I have so far:

CPU 4093.9 GHz @ 23X x 178 @ 1.40625V

RAM 1068 MHz @ 178 x 6 @ 8-8-8-24-2T @ 1.640V

CPU Temps 45C to 80C with 78C average with all cores at 100% under Everest Ultimate Stress Test

8-8-8-24-2T

CPU VCORE = 1.40625

QPI/VTT = 1.215

IOH = 1.280

DRAM = 1.640

ICH CORE = 1.200

DRAM TERM = .80

CH A/B/C = .80

Are these the best I can expect? Can I do something different? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are MANY variables involved with OCing and this makes it a little fun when you first start out. Populating all memory slots makes it that much more difficult to stabilize your ram. Some boards have a problem with this, others don't. I would try to up your QPI/VTT voltage (max 1.35v) and raise your memory voltage to 1.66v and you can also loosen up your timings if needed (example: 9-9-9-27).
