you can basically OC any computer that has the option via bios

the problem is, when you get a computer like from dell/gateway/whoever

your going to get a OEM Cpu fan. while that might keep it cool it is really only meant for STOCK settings.

you can try to bump up your cpu a little bit, but be VERY careful for your temps.

get a $30 cpufan and it a whole new story however my friend

you are more likely toget better results from trying to OC your videocard. modern videocards have options from software that easily can change GPU/GPUMEM speeds, fan control and in some situations even voltage adjustments.

crank your videocards fan to 100% and slowly raise the GPU clock up!

i don't recommend that for novice users. you can brick a motherboard really quick

plus it most likely would void a warranty

have you tried to get into you bios before and see what options you have in there?

Sorry to tell you this. No you are not able to overclock your processor.

But you should be able to overclock your graphics card with MSI AFTERBURNER.

Then do some stress testing with 3Dmark06, and MarkVantage. You can download them for free.
