well your temp seems normal, what is your ambient like?

 

I get 57c with 1.475v on my 955, I also have a faster fan on my mugen II

the problem is more like that the fan doesn't work. now i've set my stock cooler on the cpu (after cleaning it). And i will try so.

it is here like 21 degrees or something

i washed all the old temp paste of the processor, socket and the motherboard. I set the stock cooler on the processor. But still nothing happened.

I checked the strings, but nothing is on the screen.

Perhaps this is the same problem as when it stopped first.

Is the motherboard in the case currently? I always like to pre-build the motherboard, CPU (and cooler), RAM and graphics card on a box outside of the case and test it out first. Maybe all the moving around have something shorting.

i don't really know how to set the photo's from the photocamera in the pc so you have to do it with a worse camera from my laptop;

try switching ram slots to the ones who are colored the same. or start with the closest socket to the CPU.

i did took that off, but i set it on again to install the normal cooler. (you do mean the black plastic around the cpu?)
