My cpu is running at 68-69C idle and 70-72 load I am afraid, i still have a volcano 7 but what the hell, even my older XP 1500 ran cooler, this new 1600(wow what an inprovement) is hot, too hot. I've already bought the junk for a basic case mod, side and top windows,top blowhole,side exaust,and side cpu cold air duct, im installing it tommorrow morning. I also have 3 more fans blowing exaust right now(by tommorrow 5 total ). But is there anything else i should do?? Arctic Silver maybe? i dont know what kind my PC repair place used when they installed my new cpu(the old one fried:( ).thoughts.....ideas????
