breakdown of a cpu water cooling block?

If you leave that running in a room temperature room it will eventually heat it; it'll just take a very long time. Unless your 25L Res is made out of something heat conductive (eg aluminum, copper, not plastic), your water will eventually heat up. Is it outside or something?

 

 

It was outside in the old house.

 

It does heat up over time but never gets any hotter. Starts at 32 if i start it in the morning after all day running it gets to 39/40 then stays there.

 

Its in the middle room and open plan to the kitchen so the room never gets that warm.
