is running my corsair ram at 5-4-4-12 bad

hello i have 2x2gb Corsair XMS2 6400-c5 ram sticks they come stock at 800mhz 5-5-5-18 at 1.8v and i slightly overclocked my cpu and it went up to 858 and i change the timings to 5-4-4-12 at 1.9 volt but is that good or bad or should i put it as 5-5-5-15 at 1.8v

run memtest86+. if you get errors, you need to either lower the mem divider, loosen the timings, or up the voltage

 

typically speaking, if you raise the frequency of the RAM you'll need to loosen the timings (increment, ie 5->6), or raise the voltage
