MrNiszl Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Whats up guys, Iv got a 780iftw motherboard with a Q6600 running at 3.6 GHZ. Now this is my problem; Iv got ocz reaper 2x1GB DDR2 1066 and a random 2GB DDR2 800 module, this doesnt let me pick up sli ram and changes it from 128bit to 64bit. My ram is overclocked to 1000mhz. My question is, will me taking out the 2GB module and running just the ocz or buying another reaper 1x2GB increase performence? Fight Game Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 With 3 sticks, you aren't running the memory in dual channel, and this will be a pretty big performance hit.
