RMAs are usually done through the retailer which results often in weeks of waiting as most companies have no physical presence here. Compxpert Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Hmm all I've ever had with UPS or even FedEx on one occasion was a package dropoff with no doorbell ring. I more frequently get this with UPS but lately they have been ringing the bell. Oh and one of my reviews shipped to me in the most beat box I've ever seen in my life.
