Help me configure Rivatuner

Hi everyone,you may remember a post i made about cod 4 and resi 4 stuttering.Well i tried cod4 with v-sync off,and it stopped.Turned it back on,and its back again.So im thinking that using rivatuner i can override the unexplained issue im having.Can anyone help me configure this then? 60hz refresh please.
