BSOD problem

When i put my video card under hard load like playing crysis or something then i get BSOD.I got the codes from it aswell and i would like to find out whats the problem.

 

I am using a MSI NX8600GTS OC.Have the latest drivers on.Recently changed my motherboard and CPU.Can't remember that i had this problem before the switch.

Could be temperature related? Install something like RivaTuner and keep an eye on your GPU temperatures, up the fan speed if necessary (if you can).

 

What power supply are you using?

Yea,I looked into it.The temperatures went max. 60C since it has aftermarket Zalman cooler on.And i have 450W Trust power supply.Thing i have noticed as well is that my CPU fan is running way to fast...Doesnt matter when idle or load it just runs like 4000-5000RPM.Even tho the temp is like 40-45C
