Help with tubing

Hi, I'm going to watercool my rig and I'm thinking of using 7/16 ID tubing and I was wandering is what size fittings would I use, would it be 3/8" or 1/2"?

All so dos any one know if the fitting on a Thermaltake AquaBay M5 is a G14 size? If so I can change them out.

1/2 would work. Just stretch the hose over the barb. I've done that many times when I did the plumbing in my aquariums.

Cool, thanks for the response . I'll get some 1/2" fittings. Now all I need to know what size fittings are for the M5.
