GabrielT Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 I bought my shiny new ipod and I can't get itunes to install. Every time I try its say quick time isn't installed even though it is. I tried to go through hard drive and kill anything that said itunes on it and no luck. When I try to go into programs and feature and delete, repair or run it it say error code 2738, a VB script error. I admit I am not that great at fixing things when they go wrong but I am no slouch. I looked around the internets and found out user account control can cause that error, I have turned off user account control and no luck. I do not know how to enable VB scripts and I need some help guys. I have another question too, can I put music on my ipod without having iTunes, I tried just importing some music to it but that didn't work.
