how to overclock Asus P5Q Deluc with Intel Q9550

i have asus p5q deluxe and cpu intel quad q9550 so i was wondering what setting i should put in my motherboard in order to make th cpu clock 4 ghz or even 3.6 its ok

i dont know anything about overclock only a few things thats why i am asking you if you can tell me exactly what i should put !!!
