Abit is gone. For what it's worth though, I had to RMA my IP35-Pro before they went under, and they were VERY quick and very nice on the phone. Palit on the other hand... I'm starting to wonder. About six weeks since my RMA 4850 was delivered to them, and nothing. Emailed 2 weeks ago and all I heard was "I'll look into it." I'm not ready to write them off yet, but it's getting a little fishy.

Nah. I got frustrated and sold the cards. I'm keeping the ticket alive just to show how awful tech support there is. But if what bosco said is the case about the employment mixup there, I wouldn't be surprised if they are the next to go the way of Abit.
