I have my vcore at 1.41 in bios, but when idle in cpu-z it is like 1.37.

Did you manually set voltages or is it on auto? Also, is SpeedStep enabled?

Manually set. I think it may be vdroop.

Is speedstep where it idles at say 2000mhz, then jumps to 3000mhz when under load.

If so, how do you disable it??

There should be an option (I believe it is under Power for your motherboard) where you can change it, if it's not there, it's where you modify the FSB (at the bottom).

So what is the Safe Vcore to go to 24/7.

Cause i don't want no problems

I've heard people say >1.45 is generally unsafe for 24/7.
