Is it possible to overclock the 4870 with the same XML file that you tweak to enable decent fan speeds?

I wouldn't touch any of those settings until I heard a general opinion on the matter, i can always use the AMD GPU tool I guess but was wondering if this was another alternative

4850 is the same core (RV770), so I can't see how it wouldn't work for 4870
