Updated Loop

Recommended Posts

I haven't been posting much since the move over from DIY, but this is what I have been up to.

Age Of Conan

trying to find a new job

and this weekend, redoing my wc loop.

eventually, this case will be painted and PIMPED, but for now, I will have to get by with the new pump, a DDC 3.2 w/ Petra's top and the new rad, a Swiftech MCR 320-QR.

Yeah, my fans are dirty. I didnt have any canned air, but I did clean them SOME.

Here is the pic of the new loop while leak testing. Vid card is in the middle PCI-E slot as I have been trying to figure out why this Geil EVO-ONE RAM is so picky. It will be moved back down later.

Yeah, you know how DFI mobos can be. :) Damn picky.

I actually got good results by dropping the Mem voltage a little. When Geil says 2.1-2.3 volts, they do not mean 2.39 apparently. Dropped it down to 2.35 and everything is better now.

Edit to add -

Ok, that didn't work. I can't get these to run anywhere near 1066Mhz. So I took them down to the next divider and they are now at 891Mhz. But they will take 4-4-4-12 timings at that speed and are running error free.
