red930 Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 A 30" monitor run at native 2560x1600 would be 4.096 million pixels vs. only 2.592 million for the curved monitor. It's actually not that much more than a 24" monitor at 1920x1200 (2.304 million). Not that a single 8800GTX would be enough for any of those if you want to max out Crysis or similarly intensive games, just saying it's not nearly as bad as it could be.
