signmeuptoo Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 I just recently got a lovely Enermax Infiniti 720 Supply, but I have a problem: As fantastic a supply as it is, it has two drawbacks (ah, well all supplies have a thorn or two I suppose): The cables are a little too short AND the sleeving is only to the first connector or not even that far. Now, why they only 1/3 sleeved the cables is beyone me, but I have been searching online for cabling like theres and I haven't found any. red930 Posted June 30, 2007 Posted June 30, 2007 Odds are that you won't find the exact same sleeve material so get enough to sleeve the entire thing. You'll need a molex removal tool to take the connectors off to do the sleeve job. Haven't figured out an easy way to remove and reuse those damn SATA power connectors yet. I found 1/4" the most usable size so get lots of it, and some 3/8" to get over those SATA connectors (PITA to sleeve!) they also have lots of molex connectors on there too so you could realistically just use new SATA connectors and go for the smaller, tighter sleeving...
