Eva_Unit_0 Posted November 24, 2003 Posted November 24, 2003 What OS is he running? Anyway, windows (xp at least) does a physical memory dump whenever a critical error occurs. (you can disable this feature, however) For me, that is whenever I overclock something too far. Is his comp overclocked? If so, that might be it. Also, the problem might be a bad stick of ram. Dignan Posted November 24, 2003 Posted November 24, 2003 My duallie did that a while ago and it turned out to be really simple. Whenever the blue screen comes up it will say on the top what file is F%%ed up. Mine was USB root something but anyway, by reinstalling all my USB hub drivers it stopped BSODing very 4 hrs or so. Look for what file it is use your judgement and replace/repair/uninstall and that should be it.
