What you're seeing is not uncommon. Actually when using a 165 it's the norm. Most of these processors don't play nice with dividers lower then 150. In order to reach the speeds these processors are capable of PC4000 ram is almost a necessity.

problee have to wait couple months for new ram tho:(

 

but what will be better runing it at 2.7ghz @300 ram or 2.5ghz@418ram?

 

so far i tested it on superpi its doing 34sec with 2.7ghzs and its 38 to 40 at 2.5.

Maximum speed for the processor and run the ram at whatever you have to.

so far i got it at 2.80ghzs:) didint have no problem doing it:)

 

feels like the chip will do even more but gona keep it at 2.8ghzs and see if it crashs while i play my games:)
