need bb Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 I have a pair of the newer revision Ballisitx DDR500 sticks, so hopefully they won't die:sweat: I need some assistance with configuring the memory settings. It looks like my CPU will run with a FSB of over 275mhz:) but my ram won't. I currently have the ram settings set to auto, except it has a 1:1 FSB ratio and set for 1T timings. What are the settings I should use for these sticks? Thanks
n_w95482 Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 I based my settings off of ones ThunDA put in the OCDB for the old TD sticks. It could definitely be improved upon with the new stuff, but I'm too lazy to do it. It works fine up to 265 MHz or so on my sticks, I wasn't able to hit 275. I just use a divider on it with my current settings and it works very well.
AndyMacMartin Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Any consensus yet as to whether the new revision Crucial 2GB DDR 500 sticks are more reliable?
