Im at 38c and 2932MHz. Here are my current settings (prim95 pass memtest pass)

here is what I am attempting and it will work about 4 seconds then freeze or BSOD and say a command did not get to the RAM from a secondary CPU in an allocated time. I bumped all the times up on purpose BC it wouldnt stay on for amore than 4 seconds, I eman, how much higher can I go? :S BTW, Opty 165

EDIT: those are the timings I am tring to hit 3GHz on

I think you might have hit your limit. I ran an Opty 152 and got to 3.0 ghz and I tried everything and couldnt get it past 3.0ghz stable. Try losening up your ram timings and changing your preamble manually to 6.0 or 6.5 nano seconds. Then try changing the TREF to around 4180 cycles or so.
