Regardless, I got in contact with Sean over at OCZ, and I am going to swap out my PowerStream 520 for a GameXtream 600W. Nothing should be wrong with my power supply, but i've heard people taking care of the cold boot issue by swapping these psu's, so maybe I wil have the same luck with a no-boot issue. I am using the memory in the pc I am tpying on right now, so I know its not that... and it certainly should not for any reason be my CPU. I don't really know what else to blame at this point.
