OtisN89 Posted July 27, 2006 Posted July 27, 2006 I just got it today and I was looking to see if it had a thermal pad. Which I guess it does? Anyway the gray stuff in the middle of the heatsink (which I am assumming is said thermal pad) accidentally got scrapped off slightly, very very slightly.
