So if your not having any issues that a bios flash could fix and you dont need a newer bios for dualcore then theres no need to. Also it wouldnt just be the best bios for your board it would be for your entire setup since it all comes into play. Personally im a fan of the Oskar Wus but those just have worked best with my setup. If you do go to flash remember to clear the CMOS before and after it. Everyones hardware will act differently, even if the parts are the same, so you have to find the one that jives with what you have.
