wevsspot Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 Now your in business. Glad to hear everything has panned out. Personally, I'm just fine with the new "simplified" and "classic" Creative Control Console. In a lot of cases it seems like every new driver or feature release from a hardware mfg. is more cluttered and useless than the one before (circa ATI Catalyst Control Center) versus the nice and plain old control panel. vark Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 Is there any way of quickly getting a new fresh Audigy installation disk' date=' to rule out a damaged disk?QUOTE'] Check out this site http://www.youp-pax.org:8005/index.php and look in the PC Audio Drivers & Application Mods section. They have the install disks as ISO's for all the Audigy Cards, hacked and improved versions of the drivers and also have install disks allowing you to use X-Fi applications and utilities with other Audigy cards such as Audigy 1/2 and SB Live 5.1 Seems to be a bit like the Omega Drivers for video cards but for Audigy cards.
