Slow shutdown

My Ultra-D shuts down in a flash. Of course I avoid Norton, McAfee and even TM now like they were the plague. I'm using Avast! exclusively now on all of my network PC's. I do the normal reg. tweaks like wait to kill appl. timeout, auto-end tasks etc. I'm running Windows Pro SP2 and shut down occurs in less than 15 sec. from the time I shut down via windows or power button. Not sure what the culprit may be.

 

Here is information I pulled from liutilities concerning svhost.exe

But apparently it may also be a valid process related to the Spybot Search and Destroy database. Any further information would be appreciated.
