NyCUnDaGroUnD Posted June 27, 2002 Posted June 27, 2002 I tried different video cards and differrent cpus. When i used my old ASUS p4b533 mobo it powered. up but nothing comes up on the monitor. In my new ASUS P4b533-E mobo, i think i set up the front panel switches wrong, it doesnt even power up when i press the switch, but the green power led on the mobo is on. The AGP led is not powered up which means its a good video card. Yesterday i smelled a little burnt fumes coming from the mobo. If the green led on the mobo is on does it mean it can still beused. i have some pics below. I think i put the switches wrong. please someone help me how to put which switches where. These are the connectors from the front panel which controls the power and reset buttons and etc. heres the overview of the mobo

NyCUnDaGroUnD Posted June 28, 2002 Posted June 28, 2002 I think i found the problem. It is either my GOD crap video card or its my new MOBO( hope its not). I think its most likely mobo. Cuz i was able to power up on my other mobo and not on this one. Crap ill have to buy some new parts.
