SteveD61 Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 So far my system seems to be running stable. I ran the memory test for 12 hours no errors. WindowsXP Pro boots fine and I have not had any crashes using DVDshrink to encode video. My HDD is blinking about once a second constantly drive light winking? I have installed a internal USB Media Card readerwriter (Atech XM-4) and in the "Safely Remove Hardware" box lower right toolbar it lists 4 media drives,but it also lists my SATA2 HDD's ? Any ideas to stop the constant HDD access or is this normal with SATA2 drives? Are the SATA2 drives supposted to show up in the "Safey Remove Hardware" box?
