No Video - 1 DIAG LED, 1 Long Beep, 2 Short

I've had the same problem since last week. I thought it was my VGA, but a friend of mine tested my 7800GTX & it works flawlessly.

 

Ive tested a Ati X700 Pro + oldskool S3 Virge PCI in my system, but the problem remains. Im going to RMA my board tomorrow. I've also tried the long official CMOS clear, with no result...
