Tonight I won't have time to cook with all the projects going on. I'm thinking of stopping by either Hey Juans! and picking up an elephant terd (Super Shredded Beef Burrito, no beans, extra lettuce, jalepenos and the other usual condiments). :D

Had the burrito that I posted about earlier and I must say, it was quite delicious. Especially with a helping of death paste, applied sparingly.

 

I just got through getting the crock-pot up and going (lowest setting) with the following ingredients:

 

- Garlic, onion, black pepper, & white wine 24 hour marinated (homemade marinade) tri-tip, cut-up into 3" long strips

- 6 oz of tiny shrimp (fresh, purchased locally)

- 3 different types of bell pepper all sliced in nice little chunks

- 2 carrots, all cut-up into 1/4" thick slices

- 2 celery sticks, cut-up into 1/4" thick slices

- 1 & 1/4 cups of rice

- 2 tablespoons of Tobasco Hot Pepper Sauce

- 3 shakes of oregano (about 4 tablespoons)

- Small shake of Thyme

- Black pepper (can't have enough black pepper :D)

- A shake of Soul Food Seasoning

- Tumeric

- Pinch of salt

 

...and away she goes!

 

When I arrive home from work tomorrow, I will have a delicious feast awaiting me. :D
