Well one of yer biggest problems is a lack of fans.

I personally allways have 2 intake 2 exhaust.

 

if ya wanna keep the moise down get some vantec stealth fans

There fairly cheap.

 

Low CFM rating but still much better then what ya got now for intake.

 

I had to rebuild this PC because i moved across the world, and only kept the components. I ran it for 3 months with only one intake and one exhaust, and then I finally made it to an english computer market and got two more fans, and saw my temps drop by 4-5 degrees Celcius.
