nofx_guy Posted March 20, 2002 Posted March 20, 2002 so here i am....just bought a new pc...and wondering which fan would be better for oc'ing.....i am using the volcanoe 7 at the moment...i have an xp1700+ oc'd to 1.65ghz...but my cpu temp seems to be to high....my idle temp is 42c and my load temp is 48c...are these temps to high?? so what im wondering is which HSF would you recommend..? the volcanoe 6cu+ or the volcanoe 7? As for your temp.. they're slightly higher than what i would want.. but i have seen a lot worse..
