d3bruts1d Posted July 23, 2003 Posted July 23, 2003 Are you set up to connect to a domain? Another thing to try is to press the cancle button while at the login screen. There are also security settings, in computer management that can disable the XP login screen.
BlueDragon Posted July 23, 2003 Posted July 23, 2003 well I did Install Win 2K3 Enterprise ED on a 8gig partition that set up a Acitve Directory, DNS server, DHCP Server. But it was on a diffrent partition!!! and i went through my services and found nothing that i would think that would disable Fast Switching. Thanks for the pointers

blippy Posted August 5, 2003 Posted August 5, 2003 thanks for the input omega red, but you didn't help him out. just a simple thing, probably won't work, but try disabling it and then enabling it again. maybe the login screen in XP gets messed up when you have a dual boot environment. Who knows, try it out. best of luck
